Hook: Daiichi 1167 (a Klinkhamer hook designed by Hans Van Klinken, see hook in picture) or any other dry fly curved hook, which you can try to reshape so most of the fly will float low in the water (see image of floating fly above)

Body: Poly dubbing. Tie the body very slim and well tapered.
