Recipe for BH Deep Sparkle Pupa
Hook: 6-20 standard dry fly, 1x
Bead: Tungsten
Weight: Non-lead wire
Veil: 3/4 Dark Gray, 1/4 White LaFontaine's Sparkle Yarn
Underbody: Half sparkle yarn and half fur, chopped very fine and mixed in a blender, and applied sparse and fuzzy to the thread with a method called "touch dubbing."
Wing pads: Soft hackle fibers on each side of the veil.
Head: Fur or marabou fibers
